The guys were polite and professional. They were respectful of the stuff and were quick! They showed me the truck (it was a pack only job) to show it was secure. Highly recommend.

They were punctual and worked hard through the time. One guy got offended that I asked what his plan was for the heavy, awkward stuff that movers have struggled with before. Then they asked me to pick and choose which things they could move or leave because they had to get to another appointment. In the end, they decided to stay the 10 extra minutes they needed to finish. Some basic customer service training would probably help.
