They were almost an hour and a half late, and when they were loading the van, there was no sense of urgency, despite the fact that I made mention I was on a time limit more than once. Was forced to extend my rental extension for the moving van due to their tardiness. One of the guys made comments about me living alone and then later on asked if he could come back later at night to quote unquote help me move things around and it made me very uncomfortable. Will not be usi my the company again.

They showed up an hour late and made me miss the time I needed to drop off the truck. I called and text repeatedly and didn’t get confirmation that they were coming until almost an hour after the initial agreed upon time.
