They were very helpful and polite did just what we asked of them they even went back for a dolly we forgot and returned it for us to U-Haul very professional we will be recommending they to people we know

Chandler and Justin were great! They were fast, careful with my stuff, tied it down well, and were friendly. They even run up the stairs. I gave a nice cash tip because they deserved it. Chandler was always responsive to my calls and questions.

Would not use again. I use MovingHelp.com a lot. Never had an issue of having movers take direction from me until this time. I had a few pieces of furniture that I still needed to blanket and stretch wrap. Specifically asked them to blanket and stretch wrap my bed's metal head and foot board to protect the painted finish. Saw it in the truck not blanketed or wrapped. When I complained, they shoved a blanket between the headboard and footboard as if that was adequate. Specifically asked them to stretch wrap the rails of the bed individually before wrapping them together, again to keep them from rubbing against on another. They stretch wrapped them all together and sure enough, I have damage to the paint. As for taking care of belongings, I have never had movers load my stereo equipment on a dolly and bounce it down the stairs - it has always been hand carried. These guys, yup - on a dolly, bouncing down stairs. Like I said, would not use again.
