The moving team was over 1-2 hours late. While overall courteous, they did not handle my items or property with care, dropping boxes, bumping into walls, stairwells and doors causing minor damage. Compared to the loaders on the front of end of my trip who exceeded my expectations, the moving team I used fell below my expectations and although I had another 1.5 hours booked to move boxes to the correct rooms, I just wanted them out of there. I would not recommend their services. Additionally, the company uses foreign call center workers for booking these appointments, which I could barely understand and made the process even more difficult for setting up services.
