I was not told that if it goes over 3 hours I get charged extra, they should’ve stopped at the 3 hours that o paid for instead of sitting in the truck to avoid the rain. Very unprofessional

Movers were great, however contact from main office on scheduling was lacking. Main office needs to keep in touch if there’s delays and send out reminders/confirmation of moves before hand.

I shouldn’t be afraid to let people in my house. These guys showed up high and acted extremely unprofessional. They broke items of mine & complained about the way boxes were packaged. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I am disabled with Parkinson's and told Kent that. He said his people would be there at 10 then 12 then 1 etc. They arrived at 5:00 PM He lied about the whole thing to me as well as my friend who traveled from NY to help me. The two young men were great but were sent with no equipment to move heavy
