They finished loading in the third of four hours, but they should’ve taken more time and packed more securely. My photos show ornaments and photographs strewn from collapsed boxes and even a damaged shelving unit.

All in all average experience. None of my stuff was damaged and they did a great job unloading. I would say we ran into an issue about timing. I was contacted before my reservation to meet around 30mins before my reservation to discuss a game plan which I appreciated. I unfortunately was not able to meet any earlier. I got a call about 10-15mins after my reservation was supposed to begin stating that they were about an hour away. So by the time we got started it was about an hour and a half passed the reservation time. Once they arrived they got straight to work, and they did stay for the full length of time agreed upon. They did a great job unpacking so you will have no problems with that.
