Movers showed up an hour late and lied that they had a flat tire. One of the guys helping was drinking alcohol in his car and then after helping us move, he proceeded to start throwing up outside in our front lawn. I would not recommend if you’re looking for a professional help. I tipped them in cash, but the whole experience was chaotic and not great.

I stated what was needed, the locations, the challenges to Moving Help, then to Boxes First, and again when the movers arrived. Half way through they stated they had another job to go to and left me, we hadn't even finished loading. I used these guys before 2 years ago and was very satisfied with them. This time, they loaded items precariously which resulted in several broken items. I've moved many times before, this was the worst job I have ever seen. They deserve 0 stars for lack of processionalism, terrible loading, poor communication, and abandoning me without finishing the job. Never again will I hire Boxes First Movers.

Difficult to schedule a time for movers to arrive; went back and forth a few times the day before moving and they ended up arriving an hour late. They will not contact you very far in advance to schedule a time to move. Otherwise great experience! Both were very nice, nothing was broken, & they did a very good job packing the van efficiently. Opted to tip in cash.
