The reason for the low scores use cause I have quite a few holes in my walls and another in my ceiling. They did not have any support straps or proper equipment. Therefore, when they got out of balance they hit the wall. I have taken pictures but did not know where or how to get them to you. The guy

Good, hard working crew. The movers had issues getting the king sized mattress up the stairs and the owner came over to help. No complaints
