The guys were super helpful. I booked them on a day of the move out because previously booked movers canceled on me. Basically last minute request. They responded right away, came on time and did great job placing everything into U-box. Definitely recommend !

Our mover was great. He didn’t know that they would be sending him alone for such a large move though. He worked really hard and is the only reason I’m rating the overall experience a 3. The company as a whole was not communicative. The owner (I assume) was rude upon initial conversation and told me I was ‘blowing up his phone’ when I called to schedule a time. Then on moving day, we scheduled for 10 am (I have screenshots and proof of this confirmation) and when i called to inquire where they were, he told me I scheduled for 12pm. So the move was delayed 2 hours. Again, the worker was GREAT, the company though? Weak.

I asked for two people to help unload the truck at my new place, when the guy arrived I asked if the 2nd person was there and he said they were on their way. They 2Nd guy never arrived and because of this some of my furniture got messed up.

I was pleased with the two young men who helped me unload the truck, however the last thing to be put in the storage unit was dropped and the owner of the moving company has not returned my calls to take care of repairing or replacing
