Prolific Movers was amazing! We were transporting furniture from my late parents home, in NJ to my home in NY, the furniture was extremely important to me, they packed the furniture with great care and secured it in the rental truck, it didn’t move an inch during the 90 minute drive home, through some extremely windy roads. Both gentlemen were very nice, quick and extremely professional. Thanks to them my important furniture arrived here still perfectly secure in the truck. I would definitely hire them for any of my moving needs in the future.

Overall, we had a good experience with this mover helper company. Their communication was excellent. They called a few days before the move to confirm the details, and when we asked to change the appointment from the afternoon to the morning, they accommodated us without any issues, which we really appreciated. Our 2 bedroom apartment was already fully packed, on the ground floor, and the 3 U Boxes were parked right outside the door. Their job was mainly to wrap the furniture and load the uboxes, so we expected the process to be faster. They did a good job, but based on our past experiences with other movers, they were not as efficient as we expected, so we ended up needing 1 extra hour. What disappointed us was that the U Haul website advertised $90 hour, but the extra hour was charged at $110. Aside from that, they were professional, flexible, and overall provided good service.

These gentlemen were professional, efficient and hard-working. They had me loaded and unloaded in under 2 hours, they were knowledgeable and their experience with moving was very apparent.
