I had a great experience with this moving company. Besides the fact that both movers didnt arrive at the same time, they did a great job & moved swiftly. One of the movers, Twan, really went above and beyond helping me with this move. I would hire them again.

It took the moving company four days just to reach out to us. When they finally did, they gave us a three-hour arrival window, only to notify us 25 minutes before showing up. When the movers arrived, they smelled strongly of marijuana and showed very little care when handling our belongings. Several areas of our dressers were damaged because of how carelessly they stacked and moved our furniture. During the unloading process, one of the movers was over 30 minutes late because he had to stop to use the bathroom. To make matters worse, they repeatedly unloaded boxes and left them sitting outside our apartment instead of actually bringing them inside. Overall, this was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic care for our belongings was completely unacceptable. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

The guys were very good. They worked so hard. I’d hire them again. They deserve 5 stars. Im giving this company and this ridiculous process a 1 star rating. I should not have yo be made to do a survey to get my money back. So maybe if enough people complain, other customers won’t be coerced to do this.

The movers were great! I do want to put in a suggestion, you guys should ask if the new home is on a certain floor because we had a full truck and there was only two guys and they were having a hard time bringing things up to the 3rd floor, we started feeling bad and had to help them unload the truck and bring stuff up. Not an issue really, but 2 people is not enough people when one is unloading the truck and one is bringing stuff upstairs mainly. The other guy helped as well but I feel like you need to give a 3rd person so everyone isn’t struggling. Also, we tipped in cash per the text so I’m not adding a tip here. Thank you for all your help!
