Day of moving - there were 3 people total to help load our two u-boxes. Tre and his team were efficient and loaded up our u-boxes quickly and neatly. End to end, they were done in about 2 hours. Because our u-boxes were coming from the SF warehouse location they had to load up one u-box at a time, drive back, and get the second one. It might be different if your u-boxes come from another warehouse. Both of ours were wood, despite us requesting the newer metal ones. There could be some improvement with the day of communications. We were told the earliest they could pick up our u-boxes was 9am but we didn’t get any confirmation with a time frame of when they would arrive at the u-haul facility on the morning of, and had to call to find out if anyone was on the way to the warehouse yet. That being said, overall Daryl was responsive when we had questions and helped troubleshoot and connect us directly with Tre. We tipped in cash.
