I highly recommend this company. Three other moving services came out to move our 300lb washer from upstairs (tricky stairs). This was the only one to succeed. They were very professional and prompt. Dontrel and Corey were fantastic. I had a issue were I had to switch trucks mid move due to a broken truck. They were willing and able to go the extra mile to help me well into the night load, unload and reload a truck. I would love to book them again but im moving cross country.

Dontell and Terrance were amazing. They got our U-Haul box right to our doorstep, and had everything loaded within an hour. They were able to pack our furniture and miscellaneous items so well, we got much more in the box than anticipated. Super friendly and communicative throughout the process. Huge bonus points for being able to come out on a Sunday morning and responding to our request for help the next day. They saved our move!

They were good movers. However, they broke my parent’s floor lamp. How do I get reimbursed for the damage? I took pictures of the damage if you need them. They also broke a wooden handle from my parent’s bar, several souvenir shot glasses and a ceramic garden vase. Again, how will I be reimbursed for the damages? I already tipped your workers.
