This was, without question, the best moving experience we have ever had. The two gentlemen from Optimus Helpers who loaded our U-Haul were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, courteous, hardworking, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. They packed and organized the truck like true Tetris masters, fitting more than we thought possible while making sure everything was secure and protected. Moving is never easy, but these two made the process smooth and worry-free. I cannot recommend Optimus Helpers enough.

2 man 2 hour job was requested to pack a U-Haul from a 2 bed apartment. While movers showed up on time, progress was slow from lethargic movements. A third hour was requested. After the third hour, the movers did not remove all items from the apartment leaving the job incomplete.

I ordered 2 helpers for 2 hours. Got 1 helper because the second was allergic to rain. The guy who did show up worked really hard and got the job done. Also want to commend Elvira for taking care of the refund. I would recommend them for your move, just don't move when it's raining.
