One mover was very good. The other didnt seem like he wanted to work and even dropped some of our things because he didn't know how to use a dolly. I felt a little bad for how much effort his partner put in doing a lot by himself.

I cannot say enough great things about Raceway Movers, specifically William and David, who literally saved my moving day. My original movers were a complete no-show, and Raceway stepped up with zero notice for a same-day, last-minute pickup and load of my 2 U-Boxes. Pure professionalism from the moment they arrived. William and David were efficient, careful with my belongings, and genuinely kind during what had been an incredibly stressful morning. Moving is already exhausting, and having people like them on your team makes all the difference. I’m almost glad my first movers were a no-show, because I never would have found Raceway otherwise. My moving help was scheduled to arrive between 4 and 430. I called after they had not arrived at 430 and was told they were running late due to some miscommunication. Some proactive communication from the company to give me a heads up that they were running late would have been appreciated. They arrived around 455. Once they arrived, the moving helpers got to work and got everything loaded. They played the Tetris game to make everything fit in my storage pods. The pods were packed tightly, which should help keep everything in place as they travel. They worked hard on a hot, humid day. The movers did not have their own dolly or hand cart. Thankfully, I had thought to ask about this before they arrived and I had time to go rent one. So, factor into your cost either the cost of rental dollys or hand carts, or, the cost of added time from the movers not having these tools. It seems like it should be standard practice for all movers to have these supplies. Overall, a fine experience.
