The movers did not bring any dollies or other moving equipment, so they were moving boxes and totes one by one after I told them my priority was the furniture. One of them was deaf and a bit older, which is okay, but I had to help move a lot of stuff because we otherwise would not have finished on time. I was a little worried the whole time so next time I think I'll go with someone else.

The miscommunication regarding a needed extra hour was problematic, but it worked out. The movers were OUTSTANDING! I selected Raceway because they were priced reasonably. I utilized their services in December 2023. One of the movers was from 2023. His partner, this time, was also outstanding! I would use this business in the future. Just make sure you get the straight information for how to pay for extra time! Would recommend.
