They were 2 hours late, and when they finally did show up, they didn’t let us know why they were late. They then worked over the time we paid for without asking if they could stay, and then tried to ask for more money for staying later…

The Movers showed up 1 and 1/2 hours late. Lied about being 15 minutes away and going to Harbour Freight to pick up dolly. Said they had experienced workers but it was clearly the first time the assistant had moved someone. Once they finally arrived they did a good job moving .,

There was some scheduling issues, but once Ross got to us, he and his helper did a quick unload and even went above and beyond what was initially agreed upon. I am truly grateful for their help.
