Bob and his helper were outstanding! They asked questions when coming across items that were not designated to a specific area and took the time to make sure nothing got broken. The truck was on an incline and they made sure that nothing fell over! I'll be hiring them again on out next move!

I hired these guys to pack up my 2 bed - 1 bath apartment & load the moving truck. They were friendly enough, no problem. I asked about expectations for staying while they packed up, they shared they've been doing this work for over 20 years & reassured me they were comfortable with what they could offer. I provided all the boxes & supplies. My kitchen was packed thoroughly, but that was about the extent of thorough packing. In the middle of my 1500 mile move, we had to transfer trucks & I found out that about half of the stuff packed was loose and not in boxes. When they left, there were boxes & supplies still able to be used, but they didn't use it. Some of the furniture just had a blanket thrown over it, rather than wrapped and taped. I even had the role of plastic wrap they could've used and it was unopened. Needless to say, that was a surprise. Although the truck was packed somewhat thoroughly, it took longer to put in the new truck because of the lack of care with half the stuff.
