The actual movers where fine. However, I booked to for both loading and unloading. Only half the job got done. I booked for 3 hours and only got 2

Although the two movers were professional and did everything I asked during the process (packing my kitchen and loading all my furniture and boxes into the UHaul I rented), they did not go above and beyond or check any drawers/cabinets that I didn't specifically ask them to check. My main concern is

My only grip was I had to ask them to use a pad or blanket when placing furniture on a dolly. I tipped them in cash when they left. Gave it to the lead guy to split with his coworker. Please make sure both received it.
