If I could rate these movers on how nice they were, I would give them 10 stars. But unfortunately, it ended up costing me twice as much as planned. I have used a lot of moving services, and it just felt like these guys were really slow. It took 5 hours to move the equivalent of a 1 bedroom apartment that was packed and ready to go. I had them start at the garage because it was easier for me to leave the truck parked there overnight. But the apartment was at the other end of the building. I asked several times to move the truck closer to the apartment when the garage was done, but they insisted on pushing everything from the apartment down a long hallway instead. I do appreciate that they helped me clean up broken glass when I broke one of my picture frames. We had a 2nd location to move and we weren’t able to get it finished, so I have to hire more helpers to finish the job and pay for the truck for another day.. Also, I had to call them to confirm the move and arrival time.
