I paid for 3 helpers, but only 2 people arrived. Was told that they didn't have 3 people. Wasn't told this until after they arrived. I need a refund for the advance payment for the 3rd person.

Notified me they’d be an hour late 20 minutes before. One of them was distracted some of the time taking up time that could’ve been spent moving. Got the job done, but could’ve helped me move all my stuff I needed moved if they weren’t talking to me.
