Brad & Chuck of Movely LLC were the absolute best! They were super friendly & professional, safe & efficient & undeniably patient. While U-haul gave me nothing but endless headaches, Movely LLC patiently & professionally picked up the pieces of the awful experience U-Haul had generated. Brad & team created a very smooth move out of what would have been a disaster if I were facing it alone! From the first phone call with Brad, I knew I was in good hands. Poor communication. My UBox was suppose to deliver in the afternoon and after numerous texts to Anthony, UBox finally arrived after 5pm. Anthony almost missed being able to pick it, because his boss did not communicate with him as to where the UBox was, even though I communicated with his boss numerous times, telling him where the UBox was located. Additionally my UBox arrived damaged and when I questioned what happened, I was given no explanation. It was like he had no idea that the box was damaged, even though the damage was apparent. Not sure why this is reported as 9 hours on both sides of the pick up and drop off of the UBox, it really only is a 30 minute drive to and from the UHaul facility to my location, and it definitely did not take him 8 hours to unhook the trailer from his truck in my parking lot.

Overall a terrible experience. The only thing good I can say is that the truck got loaded. The job was supposed to be a 4 man job for 4 hours. I ended up getting 8 guys over a 6 hour period and they started almost 2 hours late. These guys came and went as they pleased, one guy even took a lunch break and threw his trash in my neighbors yard. I had a quite a bit of damage from my stuff due to a poor packing job, no one knew what they were doing. They took smoke breaks, threw cigarette butts in my neighbors yard and then made my stuff smell like smoke. The experience was unreal and a nightmare. It ruined the whole day and the whole moving operation as a whole. I had a different team unload the truck and they said I clearly got ripped off. One of them was going to call the owner because they had stuff fall on them several times during the unload. They said the job was done dangerously for anyone unloading.

Trevor and Chuck were great. They were able to get everything into the Ubox with room to spare. They called to let me know when they were arriving and were very efficient as well as nice guys. I would definitely recommend Movely to anyone.

Shawn and Carlos were absolute pros. They showed up right on time and moved us out of our 1400 sqf. 3-story townhome in 2 hours. Everything was handled with care (no dings or scratches on the walls) and they even took the time to help us with smaller items that we planned on moving ourselves. Very impressed with how efficient they loaded everything into the 15ft truck. Will definitely use them again next time!
