We had a great experience with this company! The guys showed up on time and were very nice. They made sure to protect all of our furniture by taping doors shut on cabinets and putting blankets around things to keep them from getting scratched up. They seemed more concerned about protecting our furniture than we were. Would definitely use this company again.

Far from a fantasy. Not an official, properly trained moving company. It's just a couple of bros trying to make a quick buck in their spare time. I can't even say 'you get what you pay for' because I definitely did not; I paid for 2 movers + 2 hours of labor to load my 1-bedroom apt into 1 U-Box on Super Bowl Sunday (big mistake). While 2 male movers did show up, I only got 55 minutes of labor + my belongings very half-heartedly + haphazardly shoved into the U-Box. They did carry most of my belongings down the stairs from my 3rd-floor apartment, but I would've been better off doing everything else on my own, which I ended up doing. As soon as they left, I (5'6 female with the upper-body strength of an infant) ended up unloading & reloading the entire U-Box by myself. As I removed everything, I noticed damage to items (plastic storage tote lids on the verge of snapping, nicks and scratches on furniture), random individual items placed on the very top of everything fell on my head, etc.
