Stephon and Lorenzo were top notch professionals. They were communicative, fast during the move, answered any questions we had, and overall the best

I have to be honest for other potential customers. I chose the cheapest option available due to mounting moving costs. The primary contact was Steffon. He reached out after booking to inform that Sunday was typically their day off but he would honor the reservation. I booked 2 people for 4 hours. 3 people showed up. They were on time. Steffon was great. Friendly, communicative, and careful. The additional helpers seemed to care less about our belongings. One of them was stoned and complaining about the job. I saw and heard items get dropped while unloading and carrying to the apartment or storage. Some sensitive items were placed on the concrete outside the truck. This is partially my fault as we packed in a hurry, and we were helping unload and carrying items instead of overseeing as everything was unloaded. It seemed more important for the job to be done quickly than carefully. Again, Steffon was great and the other two guys were nice enough, but I wouldn’t hire them again.
