The service overall was great and efficient. However, one of the movers unfortunately collapsed during the move that he had to be taken to the hospital. They immediately contacted the manager and he came by soon with additional helpers to finish the service. I overheard from other employees that his injury was due to exhaustion from working back-to-back shifts previous days, so I hope the company can improve their staffing and scheduling so employees' well-being and health are protected.

The 2 gentleman that helped us unload were amazing! So respectful and cautious of our belongings. They were efficient and had the job done in under the time. They were extra helpful and even offered to assist moving furniture that wasn’t on the truck! Would definitely recommend!!
