There was a slight error as I booked them for 3 hours for load and unload. After about an hour and 15 minutes, they had loaded the truck. I had two movers scheduled for a load/unload job for four hours starting at 9 a.m. One guy named Mark, the other I can't remember. They showed up late, and both of them reeked of marijuana. I was disappointed by their lack of initiative and hustle - never have I hired movers that showed less energy

They did come a little earlier than expected. I was told 11:30-12:30 arrival time and they were there at 11. Other than that the guys did an amazing job and I appreciate them helping with my move.

Awesome experience! Movers were efficient and effective. We expected we would have to leave some of our things behind due to lack of space, but they did such a great job packing the truck we were able to take all of our belongings. They were on time and kept us on schedule which was a huge deal sin
