Eric and crew were on time, very professional and knowledgeable on how best to load a moving truck. They were very careful with all items and very respectful to my needs and wants. They were willing and able to help anyway they could. Personable and kind. I highly recommend Eric Movers to anyone needing moving help in the Tucson area.

This was the absolute most insane experience I have EVER had. These movers came into my apartment parking garage and created a high issue with the parking and apartment staff. Eric screamed and cussed at the staff and created a huge scene. Then, as he is acting incredibly aggressive and unprofessional, he decides that he doesn't want to do the job HE WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. He left screaming and cussing causing a scene and a U-Haul full of items he was supposed to move. He came back maybe 45 minutes later but my apartment staff had already moved the majority of my items. He did not do the job that he was paid for and U-Haul refuses to refund me and he has not refunded me either. This is insane behavior and I paid for a job that was not done and no one will refund me for. These movers are aggressive and should not have been hired by U-Haul. Absolute worst experience, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE or U-Haul for that matter since they did not want to help me figure this out.
