I believe that some part of their crew stole the change out of our change jar. The jar was thrown to the side and the only thing missing was $100 or so in change. The change jar was not part of the items moved in, it was already in the house and mysteriously went missing after the movers came.

These are really great people, they’re very nice but they don’t have tools. Didn’t have a dolley, then wanted me to go get it last minute. I have hired movers before never experienced anything like that. Then the communication was horrible. Confusing me with the wrong people and calling me late at

This company showed up 30 mins before scheduled time which was awesome! They help moved me with in the 2 hour window with time to spare which was awesome as well! I didn’t know a dolly was not provided (error on my part) so keep that in mind
