Very disappointed with the inconsistent communication throughout the process. After having to reschedule the move, the movers arrived more than two hours late and did not provide any notice that they were running behind or ask whether the later arrival time would be acceptable. Overall, the move itself was ok; however, I was surprised that they did not have any moving equipment to assist with the job or support their safety.

Cannot recommend Chris and his team enough. We had to move quickly due to a family emergency, and they were prompt, flexible, and compassionate. They maximized packing space to save us trips and navigated tight corners with ease. They even powered through an unexpected water leak without complaining. If you need movers who are knowledgeable and hardworking, hire them.

I used Freight Train Moving Services, FTMS, to unload my belongings in a different city after a separate crew handled the loading. The move was a bit complex, and I initially felt uneasy since the other crew had confirmed their availability and arrival time well in advance, while I hadn't heard back from FTMS. That left me worried about arriving with a full truck and no one to help unload. Thankfully, when I called two days before the move, FTMS promptly confirmed and were incredibly accommodating, adjusting their schedule to meet us earlier than planned when we arrived ahead of time. The team that showed up was a friendly and professional father and son duo. They were personable, attentive, and even remembered where certain items were supposed to go based on our initial walk through. Their attention to detail and willingness to adapt made the unloading process smooth and stress free. I'm very pleased with their service and would absolutely recommend and use them again.
