Time was set for 1 pm. Mover texted they were running late. I said fine. And hour later I texted to get an email as I was supposed to return the rental truck at 430 20 miles away. Reply was 41 minutes. At an hour I began unloading myself. Movers arrived when I was midway. I asked for a partial refund but mover only has venmo and I don't. He gave to my daughter but she was unable to access. I would like a partial refund sent to me.

Corey and his crew were absolutely outstanding! Bob arrived early and immediately jumped in to help, setting the tone for an incredible experience. Everyone was professional, friendly, hardworking, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire job. I still can’t believe how well they packed our U-Haul. Every inch of space was used efficiently, and after our move, not a single item was damaged. The load was packed so securely that nothing shifted during transport. Their packing skills were truly impressive. In fact, they worked so efficiently that we were able to leave a full day earlier than planned. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more items for them to load or hire them to help with packing as well! They were also willing to start very early in the morning, which was a huge plus for our schedule. If you’re looking for movers who are reliable, skilled, and professional, I highly recommend Corey, Bob, and the entire crew.
