The owner of the company is extremely responsive with phone calls and text messaging. Additionally, his communication skills is extremely good. That helped me to find my way around the alternative solutions quite easily. I didn't just solve my problem, I also learned how things work in general about the processes. The company has also COI which was a big problem for me because it was required by my building manager but very few moving company has that.

Owner was on time, but short and abrasive. Refused to take advice on how others had successfully moved in and out of the building. Helpers were great but the boss was arrogant and impolite in the end.
