First off, the workers were very friendly and got the job done quickly. However, their policy regarding mileage is confusing. I had to pay an additional $75 for having them unload my items 15 mins away to my second location. It didn’t make sense due to the fact that this is a MOVING company & the booking site already charged for both loading & unloading. There was also an additional hour I had already paid for that they didn’t have to work. They basically told me that it costs extra for them to travel to the second destination. You will be paying more money on top of what you already paid to book them.

They broke three items and owner stated he would compensate us for the damage however never did. I am working with credit card company and Moving help to dispute. They took little care in our stuff and left their drink cans and dirty items in our home. Very unprofessional would not recommend if you want your stuff in one piece.

This company was extremely unprofessional. Someone called and took all the information for the job the morning of, then 2hrs later someone else claiming to be the owner called to get the information. When I told him I’d talked with someone, they rudely said to disregard everything the first person said because they were the owner..They then tried to get me to move the time earlier which I could not, but acted upset that they would ‘just be waiting around’. Then 15min before they were supposed to arrive, they called and said they had been in a car accident and would be ‘late’. I would not fault anyone if this was true, but the worker called from home with a TV playing and kids in the back. After 1.5hrs, my husband and I had almost finished the move ourselves when they showed up for 20 minutes and the owner demanded to be paid for the full 2hrs instead of just cancelling the job. The owner was extremely rude! I will never use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
