Movers arrived at 12 45 pm, they were supposed to be there at 9 30 am. The truck was pretty much loaded by the time they got there. They only worked for 1 hour. I should be reimbursed for an hour.

D'Andre was great - keeping me up-to-date with what was going on. However, they had staffing issues, and had to cancel and move me the next day....(they would have moved me in the early evening, after working all day.... and I declined that) Again, D'Andre stepped up and gave me a partial refund of my fee, but I wasn't happy putting off my move a day.
