These guys went above and beyond to help us during our move. Not only were they fast and efficient. They drove with us from our house to our storage unit to complete our load. Then when my husband realized he forgot the key in my van, they took him back to the house to get the spare. They were awesome and so helpful. They even stayed 15 mins extra.

While the mover's were easy to work with, they showed up in improper shoes and left after 3.5 hours. They arrived at 10 as scheduled, then 1 person left at 11.40 am to go get water and take a break. The other guy stayed by himself and continued. They left at 1.30. One mover had on SLIDE SANDALS & a dirty wife beater(A shirt). They could not completely fill the truck because they did not bring any type of equipment for lifting except themselves. They also were improperly prepared, only taking one item at a time. Knowing you were moving a 3 story house, I think better decisions could have been made. The discussion we had with Lorenzo prior to their arrival explained the heavy items we would need moved. I selected this team based on reviews and I am SO DISAPPOINTED. The POINT of us using movers was to load up the ENTIRE truck with everything that could fit. Now I only have 'heavy' items left, and I'm stuck at our new house without a bed because they couldn't load it.

From the first call from Derek to the interactions with Jentry (who was in charge of the crew) this was an amazing experience for us. Unloaded our 26 foot truck in under 2h carefully and courteously. Highly recommended!!!

Thought that the service was quick and easy but upon further inspection when they left I noticed a few things had been damaged. My nightstand has a crack in it, tv stand have multiple dings. One of the movers removed pieces from a folding table so it can no longer open and is useless. The back panel to my dresser was lost and I have to buy a new one to keep it from wobbling. I rented furniture pads and asked twice for them to use them and they didn’t even open them, it could’ve prevented a lot of the damage that was done. I don’t think I’d recommend the movers to anyone unless they want their things damaged. I’ll have to spend more money replacing my furniture than I did paying for the service.

Unload was done timely. A couple of bookshelves were damaged during the move and a wheel on the elliptical was also damaged.
