We reserved two helpers, but were informed the morning of our move that they only had one available. They had scheduling issues, so Tim was late arriving, but once he started working he did a fantastic job. Very friendly and polite and he knew very well how to load the truck to make maximum use of the space. He was very hard working. My wife and I helped, but Tim did the bulk of the work and made it so much easier on us.

Arrived 5.5 hours late with only 1 person. I was not told until my scheduled move time that he was running late. Initially it was just a slight delay, then it kept being longer and longer. I didn’t think anyone would show up. Once Tim arrived, he did a great job unloading for being only 1 person.
