I suggested when the movers got there to load the furniture and large items first. They said it would be better to load all of the boxed item first and then load the large items-furniture last. As they got near the end of packing the truck, they ran out of space. They were unable to load all of the important larger items I wanted. I believe the truck could have been packed better with the larger items going on first and some of the smaller boxed items filling the gaps with the large items. After the movers left, I unloaded some of my items and repacked a few things and was able to get items I wanted on the truck. I was disappointed with how the movers planned to load the truck and felt I would have done a better job organizing the load and spent personnel time fixing the error of packing. They stacked some really heavy furniture on top of other furniture which caused some scratches and dents on the top other furniture. This could have been avoided if packed differently.

They said they can move heavy equipment; I had a treadmill that requires a large hex to disassemble. They came just to tell us that they did not know how to disassemble it and that they did not have the right tool. They charged us 130 dollars for nothing. On top of this, the owner was rude, aggressive and hostile. Horrible company.
