Woman I spoke with was extremely rude to me via phone call and text on the day of the move and days leading up to it to the point where we considered rebooking with another company but by the time we spoke with them they had already arrived to pick up our ubox. Her attitude was the same when she was unloading and multiple items were dropped, scratched or completely broken. Very aggressive and there’s no way to get any money back through uhaul to pay for damages. Would recommend anyone else over this company.
