Weston and Emiliano helped me move my belongings from a storage unit to a brand new 3-story townhouse. I also provided a cooler full of ice cold Gatorade and water. They worked quickly and loaded the 20' truck in about two and a half hours; however they often needed to be reminded to use the provided furniture pads. After a 20 minute drive, they worked just as quickly to unload and carry some of the heavier or bulky items up two flights of stairs to the bedrooms. They left a few scuff marks on the walls and a stairway bannister was broken loose at the top of the first flight of stairs. None of my belongings were damaged, and the job was completed in five hours, one hour longer than I had booked. The hourly rate was fair for my overall moving experience. A tip was given in cash.
