Cale and Jayden were GREAT!!! I was super upset about the time thing, but they absolutely made up for it!!! They need a little training on packing a U-Haul, but we definitely got it. They took direction really well, and used a lot of yes sir, no sir, yes ma’am and no ma’am. They sweat their asses off with the rest of us and didn’t complain once. I don’t even think they used the bathroom and I made them drink water, drink water, drink water. I truly appreciate you reaching out to explain the miscommunication. That made me feel better for sure!

By the time I finally got someone there, they were two hours late. This was after about five phone calls between myself, the mover, and the owner of the moving company. The owner hung up on me, told me I could go with someone else, and was unwilling to compromise on his price despite the lateness of the movers. Absolute nightmare experience. The guys that finally got there were working hard, but they did break a desk and dent my dryer. You get what you pay for - a 20 year old ford escape with 200,000 miles isn’t going to drive like a brand new corvette. This moving company is like the falling apart rust bucket that you’d better not go over 35mph and it kinda shakes a little bit. You’re better off spending more for someone else.

Movers were stoned, smelled like marijuana and took absolutely forever. Damaged our walls and a door, I was fearful that they would damage the walls more at our new house so I had them put everything except the beds in our garage. Guys were on their phone multiple times, and requested my help moving and showing them the angles to get everything out of the door. I should not have to help with that. Thats why i hired a professional? Overall total experience was absolutely awful. They need to fix my walls and have someone experienced come move the rest of my stuff, due to their other team member’s negligence.They were also almost 2 hours late. Only good thing was the communication before the move
