This crew was phenomenal! We booked the day before not knowing what time we would arrive as we were moving here from out of state. I was contacted by one of the crew on our drive. He told me to just call as we got closer. Two men arrived not long after us. They had our 26' UHAUL truck unloaded in one hour. They were so polite and friendly. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

Out of the 3 moving companies we used for our move, this was the only one on time. But after that it went downhill. It took them 3 hours to load the truck from the storage unit, when it should have been 2 hours max. For comparison, our initial load with another company only had one guy show up and he loaded the truck with the same exact items which were throughout the house with 5 steps in 2 hours. I’m extremely disappointed because the time I paid for should have been more than enough for them to bring the boxes in. Instead it was either have the truck half unloaded and put boxes in corresponding rooms or have the truck fully unloaded but just straight into the garage. So, we went with the later. Communication was dropped somewhere as they said they didn’t realize it was 30 minutes between storage unit and new home, and had to leave in one hour, so they had taken a break three quarters of the way through loading the truck, which would have been fine if they had moved faster.
