Originally hired for the unloading process, then the other company was a no-show. They were able to work me into their schedule for loading and unloading. Got a little behind in the morning, but overall a good experience. Would hire them again.

Mike and Mitch are very pleasant and professional, they were quick and loaded our 26-foot truck within the time scheduled. However, they did not tie anything down even though sisal was available for this purpose. except the very back row of the truck. This resulted in the load shifting during the 580-mile trip and damage to my furniture and equipment. New drier was dented from falling lawn furniture rubbing on rotation, car tote had broken top from heavier crates stacked on top, hickory tv stand was rubbed and scratched, toolbox shelves twisted. I also believe they left a lot of underutilized space with single level material in the middle of the truck which would have aided me in emptying the storage unit completely and eliminating the need for another loadout. Better thought as to how things could be layered would help. They relied too much on everything placed staying in place as a tight load not thinking about shifting during transit. Not sure I could recommend.
