Well I was there in the morning as discussed over the phone. Then told there was a mix up a need 3 hours before they would arrive. Over 4 hours they arrived. Now I rented a 24ft truck. It was full. I rented a UHaul storage container and it is a 24 ft UHaul box on the ground. The truck still had 6x5 cargo on it. How’s that work? I have to rent another storage unit just for that. Plus I took about 15 box’s, two box springs, and two mattresses back to my apartment. I’m scared to tell you to pay more an hour and you’ll get better service. I me come on. If I pour 12 oz into a 12 oz cup. It should be good to go. Not over flow and now pay for two storage units. Twice I been burned loading the truck and unloading the truck. Two different companies. Both in the $80 to $90 bracket. Is paying more better? Go big or go home. Good luck.

Originally hired for the unloading process, then the other company was a no-show. They were able to work me into their schedule for loading and unloading. Got a little behind in the morning, but overall a good experience. Would hire them again.
