Crew provided was not very efficient because they came unequipped to move heavy furniture and one of the crew members did not have the strength needed to help his partner. I had booked 4 hours for unloading because the loading crew took just over 3 hours and had to pack a storage pod. This crew actually took 4.5 hours, so we had to pay more for what should have taken the same or less time. The worst part is since they couldn't carry heavy furniture, they left a scuff mark in our new hardwood floor sliding one piece of furniture on moving blankets.

Outstanding experience! I needed a very last minute job and was able to work with Don the night before to get a confirmed time for the next morning. Communication and professional from Don and his team was exceptional. They really saved me a lot of stress and I’m very pleased Don was willing to squeeze my appointment into his schedule. All my items were moved safely. Don and his team made sure to ask me how I would like furniture arranged, and I really appreciated that. I would give 10 stars if I could. This company is the way to go.

Jay was foreman and Sammy was the mover assistant. Both worked in tandem with utmost coordination to complete my entire move about 4 hours. They were courteous and extremely professional as most movers are grunt workers who blurt out anything at times and not very well mannered. Obviously it’s kind of stereotypical, but it’s true mostly. But these guys were awesome and Don was super courteous as well and understanding. FYI, future customers, be prepared with your items like, have everything boxed up, moved to one centralized area for easier access and exit for your movers so they can efficiently get their job done for you. Will definitely get again!!
