CJ and Roemello were amazing. They loaded our 20' truck in just under an hour. They were very courteous, hard-working and efficient. I could have never gotten everything in the truck and when they were done, we still had about a quarter of the truck empty. When we arrived in Arkansas 10 hours later, everything was just like they packed it. I can't sing their praises enough. If you need help moving, these are your guys. 5 stars one hundred percent.

The crew were over an hour late without notice. We paid for 4 hours but they left after 2, stating they had another job to get to. They left many boxes and tubs for us to load. They loaded up the truck so loosely and sloppily that we had to undo their work. When we asked them to repack part of the truck, the mover threatened to ‘get salty’ on us. The manager refused to issue a refund for the 2 hours we paid for, stating ‘I don’t do refunds.’ It was shocking enough that we had to repack everything they touched and because they left two hours early for ‘another job’, but the manager’s response and lack of responsibility should be a concern for future customers. We have to settle this dispute in small claims court.

They dropped my leather couch on the cement, smashed my refrigerator into the granite island causing a big dent. 2 out of 5 movers actually worked. Even my neighbor next door was laughing at how only 2 people were doing any work. I would give zero stars if I could. I contacted owner of company and sent him video of his guys dropping the couch and damage to refrigerator. He won’t answer texts or calls and has ghosted me. Uhaul offers zero help. I would have been better off hiring high schoolers to do the work. If you want your stuff damaged with no recourse then hire these guys.

These young men were amazing! There was a little glitch out the door as it took them longer to get to our location than they anticipated but they stayed in contact letting me know their progress and assured me they would get right to it the minute they showed up. And good to the word they went above and beyond they were prepared with dollies and gloves and abilities to take instruction and guidance and the wherewithal to ask questions if they weren't sure what to do with something or how to handle it. This is the kind of help that I will praise holy and the pass along their information to anyone and everyone I know needing the kind of help they offer because they're just that good! Their rates were a little more expensive than the first set of helpers I had with the move but had I realized the difference in quality I would have gladly paid for them to both load and unload for us. Awesome young men 10 out of 10 recommend.
