The helpers were very nice, but arrive nearly an hour later than planned. They also moved fairly slowly, which means they were not quite done in the allocated time. Ultimatly, they ended up staying a few extra minutes (without being asked) to finish the job, but I would expect professionals to do a bit less standing around. They were both very kind young men, but seemed a bit inexperienced.

Very accommodating to a last minute change of unload time as I was stuck on I-90 with my U-Haul! Two great friendly guys showed up on time to unload my truck.

This is the same review as they did both loading and unloading for my family. I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to move to a different house. Due to my tight schedule, I chose to have loading and unloading help. I honestly don't remember the names of the crew, but these guys did an OUTSTANDING job. Probably 30 years ago I might have been able to do what they did. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work in the allotted time. I couldn't be more pleased.
