The company is HORRIBLE! i hired them to load a moving truck, and the owners son showed to load with another family member. To my dismay i thought i hired professional, far from it. My $20k bedroom set was damaged and I contact the owner as well as sent pictures of the items that were damaged. I obtained quotes to fix as well as quotes to replace and have been trying to contact the owner Mr. Price to settle this up. Well he doesn’t answer rmails nor answer his phone and his mailbox is full. Beware if you hore this company! His son also stated that he had a few claims against him for damaged goods before. This did not get mentioned until I called him out for damaging my furniture right in fromt of me! Horrible, Horrible company!!!!!

Came an hour late after communicating they would only be 30 minutes late. I didn’t mention it outside of reminding them I was moving over 3hrs away and on a tight schedule. The crew was initially pleasant and moved quickly however James said they underestimated the items going on a 20ft truck, after we discussed it. Did not load strategically or securely resulting in a lot of my items being left off the truck. Mistakes can happen so with an hour of paid time to spare, I informed James of my concerns in which he began to make rude and unprofessional remarks about how me and other customers have the purpose of moving help confused. The remaining crew was silent. I became uncomfortable speaking about it due to his agitated state and asked a friend to intervene while the crew reluctantly unloaded half the truck and re-packed it. I was stressed and crying by the time it was over and a lot of my personal items still arrived damaged and strewn about. Not a good experience for me!
