We originally booked NonStop Movers, but they were minimally responsive and combative, so we cancelled. They never answered their phone and ghosted me over text when I tried to confirm logistics. After I cancelled, they sent me angry texts stating that I should be grateful because they offered the lowest price and were doing me a favor by even accepting my last minute request (booked 48 hrs in advance). After that fiasco, in desperation we booked Smart Ants Moving the day before our move. I called right after booking, and they picked up the phone right away and made sure that they could accommodate our requested time (in the morning)--even with less than 24 hours notice! Smart Ants were nothing but professional and responsive--they actually wanted to help us, not shame us. They made us feel valued. The movers themselves were careful and diligent. They wrapped furniture up nicely and made sure not to break anything. Couldn't have been happier with this service. You get what you pay for!

This is my second time using this moving company and they were excellent again! They were on time, communicative, and unloaded my u-box in record time all while being so considerate to my space and my neighbors! Moving is always stressful and it's been so nice to know that I can count on Smart Ants Moving to take care of my stuff and ease some stress. 10 out of 10 recommend!
