The admin and logistics was professional. They emailed me the day of my order, called me the day before my reservation to confirm timing, and called day of the confirm arrival time. Movers were professional, fast, and considerate of all belongings, especially those that were fragile. I definitely recommend this company. They worked quickly and moved a 2bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor in 2hrs.

This crew was awesome! Tony knew how to Tetris everything to make it fit perfectly in the truck. The other Tony was a workhorse. And Zack was super respectful. The office ladies were really nice and easy to talk to. They carefully handled all of my belongings and they got everything done with a few minutes to spare! I definitely recommend them.

Where do I start. Mammoth movers is a new name for It’s Your Move. I have had a previous bad experience with them, so I was not happy when they showed up today in their It’s Your Move shirts. To start, Tony did nothing but bitch the entire time. He was abrasive, and argued each thing I told him. Once the trailer was full, they were packing up and I had to ask them to put the doors back on the hinges. Once they did that, they high tailed it, leaving my stuff scattered outside, in the garage, and in the house. They left the truck partially in the road and didn’t bother closing it or putting away the ramp. They also left behind their paperwork, a dolly, and some sunglasses. Terrible customer service.
