after arriving 2 and a half hrs late all they manage to do is lose or destroy my property and trying to speak with the owner Howard Robinson after he text me to call him all I received was yelling and screaming on the phone, he seamed more concern over the fact that I tipped them after the fact or wasn't I standing there watching them unload the truck. well I wasn't watching the whole time and plus I didn't start noticing thing until I started putting things away. But still doesn't atone for his behavior which is unprofessional of a business owner no matter what the circumstances, for that reason I wouldn't recommend this company or use them again.

First they asked to change time and we accommodated then They left at one hour although we paid for 2 hour without telling us and there was still items to be loaded. Called to tell them know and they said oh thought we were done. And hung up. I think we are owed money.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and our loaders Howard and Steve. Prompt, professional, hard and fast moving, but also more friendly than I could have hoped for. I only wish I had had them for my other two loads and all my previous moves!

The movers were a half hour late but luckily it was a small job and still got done on time. A few items got damaged during the packing but nothing extreme. Otherwise satisfied
