Just a note, I do rate 5 stars as exceptional and 3 as good. Now onto the review. I've moved a lot over the years so I've had a lot of different experience with movers. Nice people overall, sometimes communication was a bit strained but I can understand that it's a stressful job, they seemed cheerful once the job was done and I gave them a $100 tip. They were a bit slow compared to other movers. I had expected it would take 3 hrs based on previous moves, but it took 4. They were generally pretty careful with my items and furniture and did not bash anything into walls. They even got the super heavy chest freezer into the basement. Overall good experience!
