Colin was very polite and professional over the phone and in text messages. Due to an earlier job running over time, they were over an hour late. We were on a tight schedule as the movers at our new location required us to be there by a certain time. As a result, we had no choice but to rush and ended up damaging our wood furniture and other belongings. This could have been avoided if they showed up on time as we had originally planned enough time for them to wrap our dining table, metal desk, and heirloom bookshelf. They did however exercise caution not to damage the house while moving and were apologetic for their tardiness. I really wish circumstances had been different as Colin and his team seemed great to work with.
