The two gentlemen that helped with my move were amazing. They were very professional and respective. They loaded and unloaded in a timely matter and took care of all of my items with care. I appreciate the help they provided and would recommend them to everyone I know. I appreciate UHAUL for providing a service like this.

Overall, solid work. They got the job done and did it efficiently. They arrived late because of traffic, which was out of their control, but once they arrived, they got right to work and completed the unload in an hour. Communication could’ve been better. I didn’t get any confirmation text after I made the reservation; I had to email (no response), then call to confirm. Once I called, someone picked up right away and they confirmed in that moment, so I was able to get through. Also, on the day-of, even though they were running late, I had to call the company to find out where they were. They should’ve called me if they were running late. But again, when I called, someone picked up right away and was able to locate the helpers and tell me that they were on their way. We love a family business, and I’ll always support! Just wish they’d communicated proactively rather than me having to reach out to them, since I had enough on my mind (moving and all).

These guys were great!! They showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled time, moved everything quickly and took care to not damage anything. Very polite and they even helped me install my window AC. Highly recommend!
