Great communication. Movers showed up late and also loaded the trailer incorrectly so they had to spend some time fixing their own mistakes. They insisted I pay the extra amount for the time they spent fixing their own mistake, I thought that was a little unprofessional as the movers were fixing their mistake and not actually moving.
