The crew was friendly, communicative and efficient. We booked super last minute and they were able to accommodate our request in under 24 hrs. They completed the job well under the two hour booking window but still paid good attention to protecting our belongings. The only thing that caught us by surprise was the additional $100 stair fee that wasn’t mentioned on U-Haul’s booking site, despite us including details of the move (re. one flight of stairs). Otherwise, everything was great!

I needed help moving to another unit within the same apartment complex and booked only a day before, so it was pretty short notice. Deborah was really friendly and was able to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. Kenny and the crew showed up and were great. Super friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. They finished what I thought would be a two-hour job in about an hour and 20 minutes, and everything went really smoothly. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about doing a good job. I really appreciated their help and would definitely recommend them.
